Dr. Naveed A. Malik administered oath from the students of Virtual University

Lahore: Newly nominated students of Character Building Society of Virtual University of Pakistan took oath in a graceful ceremony.  Students from various VU campuses across Pakistan simultaneously took oath through video conference.
Dr. Naveed A. Malik, Rector Virtual University of Pakistan administered the oath-taking ceremony at M.A Jinnah Campus Lahore.
The Character Building Society has been established with an aim to harness student’s social, ethical and academic values consonance with educational and cultural curriculum.
While addressing the oath taking ceremony Dr. Naveed A Malik, Rector VU congratulated and encouraged the newly selected members of the society. He also appreciated the initiative to develop civic sense in the society.
Earlier, Convener CBS, Mr. Rizwan Saleem briefed the participants that establishment of Character Building Society at VU has specifically been proposed for evolving individuals who are self-motivated, absolutely truthful, extremely courteous, helpful and believe in honesty as key to progress and success.
A large number of faculty members and students from all VU campuses attended the ceremony.
